Greenbrier
A 6,500 square foot home for a young family of four, designed with young professionals and small hands in mind. The project broke ground in the fall of 2022 with our team guiding the client with every construction and design detail from exterior selections, hardwood floor stain, tile selections, wall treatments, lighting selections, door hardware, and custom millwork designs to accommodate storage in multiple spaces. Throughout the 8 months of the construction phase, we fully designed each room, working closely with our clients in combination of in-person and virtual presentations. A true team effort on a daily basis to ensure beauty and function were met in each room, with comfort and longevity in mind. Just shy of a year from when construction began, the house was completed, styled, and ready to welcome its proud home owners.
